In addition, our concept enables all our parents to flexibly re-enter professional life, launch new projects or return to work. On request, any mother or father can remain close to their children and discover a new kind of working in our offices or workspaces. We’d be more than happy to tell you more about our educational concept in person. There is a copy of our educational concept at Thalito for all our parents to look through.
Whether infants from the age of 3 months or toddlers from 19 months: we offer flexible childcare from two to five days a week, or by special arrangement.
We handle every enquiry on an individual basis. In our initial discussion, we want to understand your childcare needs, first of all, so we can then put together the perfect offer for you.

Description:
For our beautiful Thalvie park located in the heart of Thalwil, we are looking for a trainee and intern to join our new daycare center Thalito starting on August 1, 2025. Whether you’re preparing for an apprenticeship as a childcare specialist (FaBe) or seeking a preparatory internship for your studies, we offer a dynamic and varied role in a friendly and innovative team. As an innovative start-up, we give you the opportunity to contribute your ideas and expertise, all while working with passion and joy with our little Thalitos.
Thalvie Park embraces a holistic approach by combining childcare, workspace, and recreation. We currently have about 35 employees across all areas and are growing every day. Our trained pedagogical staff looks forward to supporting you either throughout your three-year apprenticeship with professional guidance or during your 6- or 12-month internship, helping you to build the foundation for your desired career path and assisting with your planned training preparation.

Thalito is open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
In the morning, children can be dropped off until 9:00 AM, and pick-up time starts at 4:30 PM.
It is important to us to meet the needs of families.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us if your schedule requires different arrangements.
In the period between Christmas and New Year (24.12 – 02.01.) the Thalito will be closed due to the company holidays. There are no other closing times during the year.
The food for the main meal at lunchtime is prepared fresh daily by our cook from the in-house café. We attach great importance to providing a varied and balanced meal for the children. Whenever possible, we use organic ingredients. The snacks and baby food are freshly prepared by us. If necessary, we also offer mothers the possibility to breastfeed their babies.
Our aim is to satisfy the children’s urge to explore and move. We therefore spend as much time as possible outside, at least 1 time per day of sufficient length.
We like to make use of the various surrounding possibilities such as the Traumgarten, Park im Grüene or the forest. From time to time, excursions to museums and other localities are planned. Parents are always informed in advance about larger excursions.
We have two age-mixed groups at Thalito. Our group Nano is bilingually (Spanish and German), our group Luna is an absolute German-speaking group. Inter-group activities are also regularly planned to encourage contact between children of the same age.
This includes Lillydoo diapers, all meals (incl. baby food), all care products such as toothbrush, toothpaste, creams for the nappy area, sun cream.
To be brought by the parents: milk powder and bottles, changing clothes, water bottle, slippers.
Usually, it takes 2 full days to sufficiently integrate the child in our Thalito. It is also important for us to know the parents’ wishes and to adapt the offer if necessary. Our day care management will be happy to talk to you personally about this.
We have 12 places per group that can be filled. Children under 18 months are charged 1 ½ places. We accept a maximum of 3 children under 18 months per group. Babies from 3 months are welcome. We have children up to the age of 8 in the after-school care center.
The pedagogical concept can be requested and reviewed in the café over a cup of coffee or tea.
We welcome all parents who want to take advantage of our innovative and unique concept of combining co-working and childcare. Parents who have their child looked after at Thalito receive a 50% discount on the rates for flexible co-working spaces. For calls and meetings, there are plenty of meeting rooms available in the villa, which can be used free of charge at any time.
We work very successfully with the Famly app. It serves as a communication channel between staff and parents and also provides insight into the children’s daily routines. Photos, reports from excursions and activities, and even our weekly menu are regularly shared with parents via the app. In addition, our monthly newsletter keeps parents up to date, offering more detailed information about current topics at our facility.
